When you pay for parking we collect your license plate, state, parking times, and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers. We share parking records with the lot owner for that lot. We do not sell personal information.

Lot owner account data (name, phone) is encrypted at rest. Contact us to request access or deletion: contact form.
